Please read this carefully, by contacting me for commission you agreed with the terms and regulation stated bellow.

All commissioned artwork is expressly forbidden from being used as training materials for any sort of A.I. 禁止將我的作品作爲A.I訓練的數據。
Commission Progress& notes
委託流程與注意事項
All commission request will be handled by an agent before reaching to the artist.
所有委托申請都會先經過代理人的安排再交到繪師手上。

Half payment 付半款(unless stated otherwise除非另有説明）
Half payment (50%of base price) is required to reserve the slots.
必須先付半款（委託費用的50%）才能進行排單。
Sketches 草圖階段
2 sketches will be provided, you can make major revisions or changes at this stage without extra fees可提供2張草圖，此階段可以不收取額外費用進行修改。
Start working 開始作業
You'll receive a notice upon the starting date, 5 free minor revision may be requested during this phase, any additional revision will add extra fees depending on the complexity.
作業開始的日期會進行通知，您有5次免費的小修改機會，更多的修改會視複雜度增加額外費用。
Completion& Confirmation 完稿並進行確認
You can request another 2~3 free minor revision, any extra revision will add on extra fees.
您可以要求2~3次免費的小修改，任何額外修改會增加額外費用。
Remaining balance支付尾款
HQ Jpeg& Png files will be sent via email after the remaining balance is paid.
高清文件（JPEG&PNG)將會在付清尾款后通過電郵發送。
Payment 付款
Non-Malaysian: PayPal| Malaysians: Bank transfer/TNG
海外用戶：PayPal/郵局，中信，合庫，玉山（台灣） | 馬來西亞：銀行匯款/TNG
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
任何付款後的費用都不能進行退款。
If the commission is canceled by you during the draft/sketch phase, since you have paid the first half of the payment, it will consider as purchase of the sketch, you may use the sketch however you want(except any commercial uses) .
如果草稿階段後進行任何棄單行為，先前付的半款將視為你購買草稿的費用，而你也可以自由使用那張草稿（商業用途除外）。
Any additional feels will be added on the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is unpaid for 5 days after the commission is completed, it will be seen as cancelation, your name will be added on a black list that is visible to public.
任何額外費用都會計進尾款。如果委托完成後5天還未繳清尾款將視爲跑單，您的名字會加入公衆可查閲的黑單。

For Personal Uses 非商業委託
The commissioner and the artist share a joint ownership upon the commissioned piece, the commissioner may use the commissioned piece as they like EXCEPT Any form of commercial product such as videos and live for profitable use, art print, any form of merchandise, material images for games, book covers etc.
委託人和繪師共同拥有委託作品的所有權，委託人可以隨意使用委託作品，但不包括任何形式上的商業用品，如含有盈利用途的影片和直播、紙質印刷品、任何形式的實體商品、遊戲、書籍封面等等。
The artist reserve the rights to use the commissioned piece for:

Self-promotion (WIP post, social media updates, commission samples portfolio etc.)
